婴幼儿照护支持对育龄女性生育意愿的影响研究——以山西省晋中市榆次区为例

Study on the Influence of Infant Care Support on Childbearing Desire of Women of Childbearing Age—Taking Yuci District, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province as an Example

摘要: 通过ERG需求层次理论构建分析模型，以山西省晋中市榆次区处于20~29岁的未婚育龄女性为调查对象，探讨婴幼儿照护支持对生育意愿的影响。结果发现育龄女性生育意愿不高存在人群差异；安全性支持供需不匹配，关系性支持中就业保障和住房保障有待加强，成长性支持中公立普惠托育机构存在较大缺口。二元logistic回归结果发现婴幼儿照护支持显著影响生育意愿，尤其在医疗保健、就业保障等方面，建议努力减轻经济压力，健全生育保障以及就业保障等政策，发展公立普惠托育机构，以激发生育意愿。

Abstract: Based on the ERG demand hierarchy theory, this paper constructs an analysis model and takes unmarried women of childbearing age from 20 to 29 years old in Yuci District, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province as the survey object to explore the impact of infant care support on childbearing willingness. The results showed that there were population differences in childbearing age women’s low childbearing desire; the supply and demand of security support do not match, employment security and housing security in relational support need to be strengthened, and there is a large gap in public inclusive childcare institutions in growth support. The results of binary logistic regression found that infant care support significantly affected childbearing willingness, especially in medical care, employment security and other aspects. It was suggested that efforts should be made to reduce economic pressure, improve childbearing security, employment security and other policies, and develop public inclusive childcare institutions to stimulate childbearing willingness.
