叙事疗法干预癌症患者的研究进展
Research Progress of Narrative Therapy in Cancer Patients
摘要: 癌症患者因病痛导致身心煎熬，负性情绪滋生，生活质量下降。因此，对癌症患者做好心理护理可以有效减轻疾病负担。近年来，随着人文医学的不断发展，叙事疗法作为一种新的辅助治疗方法，被逐步应用到癌症患者中。本文从叙事疗法的概念、治疗方法、重要性、临床实践等方面进行综述，以期为癌症患者进一步开展叙事疗法干预措施提供参考。
Abstract: Cancer patients suffer from physical and mental suffering due to pain, negative emotions breed, and the quality of life decreases. Therefore, psychological care for cancer patients can effectively reduce the burden of disease. In recent years, with the continuous development of humanistic medicine, narrative therapy, as a new adjuvant therapy, has been gradually applied to cancer patients. This article reviews the concept, treatment method, importance and clinical practice of narrative thera-py in order to provide reference for cancer patients to further develop narrative therapy interven-tion measures.
