机械专业“四维融合”式人才培养模式研究与实践
Research and Practice of “Four-Dimensional Integration” Talent Training Mode for Mechanical Major
摘要: 针对机械专业学位研究生的实践能力不足等状况,分析存在学科基础相对薄弱、理论基础与工程应用脱节等问题,提出构建以理论教学、工程实践、创新训练和科学研究为闭环的“四维融合”式人才培养模式,并对该培养模式进行了探索实践。实践表明,通过“知识内化与技能培养”的强化教学、“工程导用”引领的实践与创新、“导练与导研”定向的科研活动多渠道的有机融合与不断完善,对研究生的实践能力的提升大有帮助。
Abstract:
In view of the lack of practical ability of mechanical degree graduates, there are some problems in the analysis, such as relatively weak discipline foundation and disconnection between theoretical basis and engineering application. It is proposed to construct a “four-dimensional integration” talent training mode which takes theoretical teaching, engineering practice, innovation training and scientific research as closed loop, and the training mode is explored and practiced. The practice shows that through the intensive teaching of “knowledge internalization and skill cultivation”, the practice and innovation led by “engineering guidance and application”, the organic integration and continuous improvement of the multi-channel oriented scientific research activities of “guiding training and guiding research” are of great help to the improvement of the practical ability of graduate students.
