摘要: 毛鞘棘皮瘤是一种罕见的良性错构瘤，也被称为良性滤泡性肿瘤，常表现为孤立性病变。这种肿瘤通常出现在老年患者面部皮肤上。临床表现为中央凹陷的皮损，组织病理学上，肿瘤通常为囊性结构。我们报道1例年轻女性面部毛鞘棘皮瘤，探讨其临床病理学特征、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗。
Abstract: Pilar sheath acanthoma is a rare benign hamartoma, also known as a benign follicular tumor, often presenting as a solitary lesion. This tumor usually occurs on the facial skin of elderly patients. The clinical manifestation is a central sunken skin lesion. Histologically, the tumor is usually a cystic structure. We report a facial pilar sheath acanthoma case of a woman and discuss its clinicopatho-logical features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment.
