新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜根治性胃切除术治疗局部晚期胃癌：一例报告并文献复习

摘要: 本研究报道了一例2020年11月于青岛大学附属医院胃肠外科因上腹部不适收治的局部晚期胃腺癌患者，经5周期新辅助化疗后，行腹腔镜辅助根治性远端胃次全切除术，术后病理显示肿瘤组织明显退缩，患者术后半月出院且恢复良好。通过该病例探讨局部晚期胃腺癌的影像学及临床表现、病理学特点及新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜胃根治性切除的治疗方式，提高对胃腺癌的诊治认识。类似病例的积累对于病理学家和外科医生提高对此类肿瘤的认识至关重要。
Abstract: This study reported a patient with locally advanced gastric adenocarcinoma who was admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University in No-vember 2020 due to upper abdominal discomfort. After 5 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, laparoscopic-assisted radical distal subtotal gastrectomy was performed. The imaging, clinical man-ifestations, pathological characteristics of locally advanced gastric adenocarcinoma and the treat-ment of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were dis-cussed to improve the understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of gastric adenocarcinoma. The accumulation of similar cases is essential for pathologists and surgeons to improve their awareness of such tumors.
