Research and Practice on the Construction of Off-Campus Tutor Team for Professional Degree Postgraduates

摘要: 研究生导师队伍是决定研究生培养质量的关键，专业学位研究生教育的目的是培养高层次应用型人才，专业学位研究生的培养更重视工程实践。文章以重庆科技学院为例，分析了专业学位研究生培养特点和研究生校外导师队伍存在的问题，在专业学位研究生校外导师队伍建设实践中通过遴选、使用、激励和考核制度优化，促进研究生校外导师队伍的制度建设和平台建设，打造了一个工程实践经验丰富、专业能力强的研究生校外导师队伍，极大地提高了我院专业学位研究生的培养质量。

Abstract: The team of postgraduate supervisors is the key to determine the quality of postgraduate educa-tion. The purpose of professional postgraduate education is to cultivate high-level applied talents, and the education of professional postgraduate attaches more importance to engineering practice. Taking Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of cultivating graduate students of professional degree and the problems that exists in the team of off-campus tutors. In the practice of the team construction of off-campus tutors in professional degree graduates, the system construction and platform construction of the team of off-campus tutors in graduate students are promoted through the optimization of the selection, use, incentive and assessment system. It has created a team of off-campus supervisors with rich experience in engineering practice and strong professional ability, which has greatly improved the training quality of professional degree graduates in our college.
