高职院校技能抽测考核标准及评价标准制定研究——以黑龙江农业经济职业学院为例
Research on the Formulation of Assessment Standards and Evaluation Standards for Skill Sampling Test in Higher Vocational Colleges—Taking Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College as an Example
摘要: 技能抽测是高职院校学生技能掌握情况的重要质控点之一,通过技能抽测,可获得学生对课程技能点的掌握情况,但由于技能抽测涉及任课教师考核标准及管理部门评价标准的制定,其科学与否有待验证。要想获得成效显著、客观真实的技能考核结果,充分展示学生的操作效果,必须从技能抽测过程中发现的问题入手,从考核标准及评价标准制定的科学性与合理性出发,构建科学合理的技能考核标准及学院层面的评价标准,完善考核指标体系及评价指标体系,为后续抽测工作打好坚实基础。
Abstract:
Skills sampling test is one of the important quality control points for the mastery of students’ skills in higher vocational colleges. Through the skill sampling test, students can obtain the mastery of the course skill points. Whether it is scientific or not has yet to be verified. In order to obtain effective, objective and true skills assessment results and fully demonstrate the students’ operational effects, we must start with the problems found in the process of skill random testing, proceed from the scientificity and rationality of the assessment standards and evaluation standards, and construct a scientific and reasonable skill assessment standards and college-level evaluation standards, improve the assessment index system and evaluation index system, and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up sampling work.
