多元供给主体下的社区居家养老服务发展影响因素研究

摘要: 人口老龄化为我国的养老服务发展的带来了严峻的挑战，社区居家养老模式逐渐成为我国养老服务的必然选择。文章从政府、市场、社会和家庭四个多元供给主体视角构建了影响因素指标，通过解释结构模型确定多元供给主体下社区居家养老服务影响因素之间的层次关系。结果表明，表层直接影响因素包括养老服务价格、社区关注度和健康状况；中间层间接影响因素包括个人需求、财政收入、服务设施、服务专业度、社会组织发展程度和个人收入情况；深层根本影响因素包括政策和部门协调和居住方式。政府应该充分发挥政府主导作用；需要提高市场供给效率和质量；大力培育和发展社会组织，加强人才队伍建设；家庭要与各供给主体形成良性对接。

Abstract: The aging of the population has brought severe challenges to the aged care service in China, and community home-based aged care has gradually become an inevitable choice for the aged care service in China. This paper constructs the index of influencing factors from the perspective of market, society and family, and determines the hierarchical relationship among influencing factors of community home-based aged care service under multiple suppliers by explaining the structural model. The results show that the surface direct influencing factors include the price of aged care services, community attention and health status; The indirect influencing factors in the middle layer include personal demand, financial income, service facilities, service professionalism, social organization and personal income; The underlying influencing factors include policy and sectoral coordination and residence should give full play to the leading role, need to improve the efficiency of market supply and vigorously cultivate and organize social organizations to strengthen the construction of talent team; Families should form a benign connection with various suppliers.
