民办高校学生就业调查分析研究

摘要: 随着高等教育的大众化，高校毕业生人数逐年递增，民办高校也同样面临着严峻的就业形势。调查发现，民办高校毕业生就业能力不强，存在就业信息不畅、对行业了解不足、专业知识不对口等问题。在新的时代背景下，民办高校必须深化教育教学改革，提高人才培养质量，加强人才培养与市场需求的对接力度，为社会输送更多的高素质人才。

Abstract: With the popularization of higher education, the number of college graduates is increasing year by year, and private colleges and universities are also facing a severe employment situation. The survey found that the graduates of private colleges and universities are not strong in employment ability, and there are some problems such as poor employment information, insufficient understanding of the industry and mismatch of professional knowledge. In the new era, private colleges and universities must deepen the reform of education and teaching, improve the quality of personnel training, strengthen the connection between personnel training and market demand, and deliver more high-quality talents to the society.
