大学生父母教养方式对就业压力的影响：社会支持的中介作用
The Influence of College Students’ Parental Rearing Style on Employment Stress: The Mediating Role of Social Support

摘要: 为了探究大学生就业压力与父母教养方式、社会支持的关系。在某高校随机选取320名本科生作为研究对象，年级跨度为大三~大四，男女被试比例基本均等。使用家庭养育方式量表、就业压力量表以及社会支持量表对被试进行测试。结果显示：1) 大学生积极的父母教养方式与就业压力显著负相关；消极教养方式与就业压力显著正相关。社会支持与就业压力呈显著负相关。2) 社会支持在大学生积极教养方式与就业压力之间有中介作用。
Abstract: In order to explore the relationship between the employment stress of college students and the parenting style and social support, this paper uses random sampling method to select 320 college students as research objects in a university, the grade span is from junior to senior, and the proportion of male and female subjects is basically equal. The family parenting style scale, employment stress scale and social support scale were used to test the subjects. The results show that: 1) There is a significant, negative correlation between college students’ positive parenting style and employment stress; negative parenting style is positively correlated with employment stress. There is a significant, negative correlation between social support and employment stress. 2) Social support has a mediating effect between college students’ positive parenting style and employment pressure.
