人乳头瘤病毒检测(HPV)联合液基细胞学(TCT)在筛查中的应用分析

摘要: 目的:探讨液基细胞学检查(TCT)及人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测联合检查对宫颈癌筛查的临床意义。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年3月接受宫颈癌筛查患者,行液基细胞学检查(TCT)及人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测,阳性者再行阴道镜活检,以阴道镜下宫颈活组织病理学诊断为标准,评价单独液基细胞学检查(TCT)、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测及二种方法联合的准确率、灵敏度及特异度。结果:液基细胞学检查(TCT)、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测、联合后的灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于液基细胞学检查(TCT)及人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测单独检查,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:宫颈癌筛查中采用液基细胞学检查(TCT)、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测等单一方法均存在不足,二者联合宫颈活检组织病理检查可以提高临床诊断的精确性及准确率,应用价值较高。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical significance of Thinprep cytologic test (TCT) combined with human papillomavirus (HPV) detection in cervical cancer screening. Methods: The patients received cervi-cal cancer screening from January 2020 to March 2021 had been examined by Thinprep cytologic test (TCT) and human papillomavirus (HPV) detection. The positive patients underwent colposcopi-cally-guided biopsies of the cervix and the diagnosis of colposcopically-guided biopsies of the cervix was used as the standard. To evaluate the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of Thinprep cytologic test (TCT), human papillomavirus (HPV) detection and the combination of the two methods. Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the methods of combined TCT and HPV were higher than those of TCT or HPV alone, and the difference has statistics significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of Thinprep cytologic test (TCT), human papillomavirus (HPV) detection or other single methods in cervical cancer screening is insufficient. The combination of the two methods can improve the accuracy and precision of clinical diagnosis and has high application value.
