农村居民商业养老保险参保决策的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Rural Residents’ Decision to Participate in Commercial Pension Insurance

摘要: 近来，我国老年人口增多，老龄化社会下养老问题颇受关注，农村人口的流动，使农村居民的养老得不到保障，传统养老模式下不足支撑农村居民养老，商业养老保险模式作为养老保险的补充对未来养老意义重大。本篇文章对山东胶东地区农村居民进行抽样调查，运用单因素与logistic回归分析，寻找影响农村居民参加商业养老保险的因素，研究发现家庭子女数量、居民对商业养老保险的认知程度会影响居民参保率，并认为农村居民应转变思想正视商业养老保险的作用、政府应加强宣传并加强对商业养老保险的监管，针对保险公司需加强对农村保险市场的培训以及负责农村区域保险从业人员的培训，以此来提升农村居民参加商业养老保障的意识，增加商业养老保险的购买率。

Abstract: Recently, with the increase of the elderly population in our country, the issue of old-age care under the aging society has attracted much attention. The flow of rural population makes the old-age care of rural residents unable to be guaranteed, and the traditional old-age care model cannot support the old-age care of rural residents. As a supplement to the old-age insurance, the commercial old-age insurance model is of great significance to the future old-age care. This paper conducted a sampling survey on rural residents in Jiaodong, Shandong Province, and used univariate and logistic regression analysis to find out the factors affecting rural residents’ par-ticipation in commercial endowment insurance. The study found that the number of children in a family and residents’ cognition of commercial endowment insurance would affect the participa-tion rate of residents. It also holds that rural residents should change their minds and face up to the role of commercial endowment insurance, the government should strengthen publicity and supervision of commercial endowment insurance, and insurance companies should strengthen the training of rural insurance market and insurance practitioners in rural areas, so as to enhance the awareness of rural residents to participate in commercial endowment security and increase the purchase rate of commercial endowment insurance.
