神经质人格与攻击行为的关系：妒忌的完全中介作用
The Relationship between Neurotic Personality and Aggressive Behavior: The Complete Mediating Role of Envy

摘要: 本研究从社会比较理论的角度探讨了神经质人格影响攻击行为的内在机制。在福建师范大学选取了180名被试者，使用NEO人格问卷修订本的神经质维度(Neuroticism)、特质嫉妒量表(DES)和攻击性问卷(AQ)的身体攻击、言语攻击分量表进行测试。最后，采用结构方程模型方法对数据进行分析。结果表明，妒忌在神经质人格和攻击行为之间起到完全中介作用，这意味着神经质人格是因为有更强的妒忌，从而有更高的攻击行为，对攻击行为的干预提供了重要的理论指导。
Abstract: This study delves into the intrinsic mechanism through which neurotic personality exerts its influence on aggressive behavior, adopting a perspective rooted in social comparison theory. A sample of 180 participants was chosen from Fujian Normal University for examination using the revised NEO personality questionnaire of neuroticism subscale (Neuroticism), the Dispositional Envy Scale (DES) and physical aggression and verbal aggression subscales of Aggression Questionnaire (AQ). Finally, the collected data were subjected to analysis employing a structural equation model. The outcomes reveal that envy is a complete mediator between neurotic personality and aggressive behavior, which means that neurotic personality has stronger envy and thus has higher aggressive behavior, which provides important theoretical guidance for the intervention of aggressive behavior.
