积极心理学视域下大学生幸福观培育路径探索

Exploration on the Cultivation Path of College Students’ Happiness View from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要: 幸福是快乐和意义的综合，是人们内在的一种主观心理体验。青年大学生是最富有朝气和发展潜力的群体，作为祖国的未来与民族的希望，他们的幸福观关系到个人的全面发展，更是关系到中国特色社会主义现代化与中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。因此，加强大学生幸福观培育成为高校教育的重要使命。当前，高校幸福观培育面临着培育力度不大、忽视学生积极人格特质的培养、未形成教育合力等方面问题，为此，需要在积极心理学理念的指导下，通过培养大学生积极思维与积极人格、增加大学生积极体验、构建积极外部环境，帮助大学生树立健康的幸福观，促进大学生更好的成长与发展。

Abstract: Happiness is a combination of happiness and meaning, and it is a subjective psychological experi-ence within people. Young college students are the most vigorous and promising group. As the fu-ture of the motherland and the hope of the nation, their concept of happiness is related to the all-round development of individuals, but also to the modernization of socialism with Chinese char-acteristics and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, strengthening the cultivation of college students’ concept of happiness has become an important mission of higher education. At present, the cultivation of the concept of happiness in colleges and universities is faced with problems such as insufficient cultivation, neglect of the culti-vation of students’ positive personality traits, and failure to form a joint force of education. There-fore, under the guidance of the concept of positive psychology, it is necessary to help college stu-dents establish a healthy concept of happiness and promote the better growth and development of college students by cultivating their positive thinking and positive personality, increasing their positive experience, and building a positive external environment.
