Construction and Application Effect of Intravenous Infusion Module Based on Closed-Loop Management Concept

摘要: 目的：探讨我院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)输液信息化闭环构建的实施方法及应用效果。方法：优化PIVAS系统，构建静脉输液用药医嘱闭环管理模式，通过个人数字助理(PDA)和条形码扫描，使得医院信息系统、移动护理的有效交互。结果：实现了医嘱的全流程可追踪，从医生开出医嘱审核，摆药检查，病区交接，直至病人用药。结论：PIVAS的静脉输液闭环式管理信息系统能够规范临床输液操作，实现了提高效率、减少差错、减少与病区间的无效沟通，确保患者安全的医嘱执行各个环节的监控。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the implementation method and application effect of the construction of in-formation closed-loop for infusion in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS) of our hospital. Methods: The PIVAS system was optimized, the closed-loop management mode of intrave-nous infusion and medication orders was established, and the effective interaction between hospital information system and mobile nursing was made by bar code and personal digital assistant (PDA). Results: The whole process of the doctor’s order was traceable, from the doctor’s order review, medicine inspection, ward handover, until the patient’s medication. Conclusion: PIVAS closed-loop management information system for intravenous infusion can standardize clinical infusion operation, and realize the monitoring of all aspects of the execution of medical orders to improve efficiency, reduce errors and ensure patient safety.
