基于CFD的泵开启台数对一体化泵站水力特性影响研究
Study on the Influence of the Number of Pump Openings Based on CFD on the Hydraulic Characteristics of Integrated Pumping Station
摘要: 目的:探究一体化泵站在水泵开启台数不同的影响下,对其内部流动特性以及水力性能的影响。方法:在水桶中对称安装三台潜水式水泵,以此为研究对象,在给定流速为的条件下,基于CFD分析水泵开启一台、两台以及三台等参数对一体化泵站流动特性的影响。结果:泵站内部流动均匀,泵入流条件较好,未出现明显的不良流动现象,底部流速较高,不会出现淤积的危险,筒体形状设计满足要求,泵布置合理。建议运行时以2组为备用,1、3组运行,此时筒体内部流动状态达到最佳,可最大程度地提高泵机组的运行效率和稳定性。
Abstract:
Purpose: The influence of the integrated pump station on the internal flow characteristics and hy-draulic performance of the different number of pumps was explored. Method: Three submersible pumps were installed symmetrically in the bucket, and the influence of parameters such as one, two and three pumps on the flow characteristics of the integrated pump station was analyzed based on CFD under the condition of given flow rate. Result: The internal flow of the pump station is uniform; the pump inlet flow conditions are good; there is no obvious bad flow phenomenon; the bottom flow rate is high; there will be no risk of siltation; the cylinder shape design meets the requirements; and the pump layout is reasonable. It is recommended to operate with 2 groups as standby and 1 and 3 as the operation, when the internal flow state of the cylinder is optimal, which can maximize the operating efficiency and stability of the pump unit.
