传统养生文化视角下的康养景观设计探究

Research on Health Landscape Design from the Perspective of Traditional Health Culture

摘要: 中国传统文化有着极其丰厚的研究价值，在其中养生文化对康养之道具有深刻的借鉴意义。大众普遍对“养生”青睐有加，作为传统养生文化传承重要载体之一的康养景观设计，也成为了近年来的火热词汇。本文剖析了传统养生文化内涵为现代康养景观设计提供服务，总结出可行的设计方法，从而创造出适应大众心理和身体需求的养生休憩景观空间。在未来的研究中，我们应当深入挖掘传统养生文化，结合现代科技手段，探索更为优秀的康养景观设计方案。

Abstract: Chinese traditional culture has extremely rich research value, in which the health culture has a profound reference significance for the way of health. The public generally favor “health”, as one of the important carriers of traditional health culture inheritance, health landscape design has become a hot word in recent years. This paper analyzes the connotation of traditional health culture to provide services for modern health landscape design, and summarizes the feasible design methods, so as to create a health landscape space that ADAPTS to the psychological and physical needs of the public. In the future research, we should dig deeply into the traditional health culture, combined with modern scientific and technological means, to explore more excellent health landscape design scheme.
