基于师德师风的“三级四梯”法学师资队伍建设初探
A Preliminary Study on the Construction of “Three-Level and Four-Step” Legal Teachers Team Based on Teachers’ Ethics and Style
摘要: 强教必先强师,应用型高校法学专业要培养高质量的应用型法治人才,提高专业竞争力,须有方向、有目标地开展师资队伍建设。目前,法学教师队伍建设面临学校对师资队伍建设的定位不清晰,专职教师发展缺乏科学规划、外聘双师教师队伍不稳定等问题,导致学校无法顺利往高层次发展。为此,应用型高校有必要以师德师风建设为基础,结合不同职称教师的各自优势与发展需求,实行“三级四梯”建设方案,即重点培养初级职称教师的教学能力、中级职称教师的教研能力、副高教师的科研能力、正高教师的带队能力,以促进法学教师综合能力有序发展,建成一流师资队伍,建设一流法学专业。
Abstract: To strengthen teaching must first strengthen teachers, application-oriented university law major to train high-quality application-oriented legal talents, improve professional competitiveness, must carry out the construction of teachers in a purposeful, directed way. At present, the construction of law teachers is faced with problems such as the unclear orientation of the construction of teachers, the lack of scientific planning for the development of full-time teachers, and the instability of the external dual teachers, which lead to the smooth development of the school to a high level. Therefore, it is necessary for application-oriented colleges and universities to implement a “three-level and four-step” construction plan based on the construction of teachers’ ethics and styles, combined with the respective advantages and development needs of teachers with different professional titles, that is, focus on cultivating the teaching ability of junior teachers with professional titles, the teaching and research ability of intermediate teachers with professional titles, the scientific research ability of associate senior teachers, and the leading ability of senior teachers, so as to promote the orderly development of the comprehensive ability of law teachers. We will build a first-class teaching staff and develop a first-class law major.
