硕士研究生科研效能感与科研倦怠现状及关系研究
A Study on the Status Quo and Interrelationships of Graduate Students’ Research Self-Efficacy and Research Burnout

摘要: 本研究以内蒙古某工科院校的187名全日制硕士研究生为调查对象,采用相关量表考察其科研效能感和科研倦怠现状及关系。研究结果显示,硕士研究生科研效能感和科研倦怠均处于中等水平;科研效能感与科研倦怠及其各维度——情绪耗竭、效能感低、态度偏差均呈显著负相关。在此基础上,文章探讨了研究结果对硕士研究生个人科研发展的启示。
Abstract: In this study, 187 full-time postgraduate students from an engineering university in Inner Mongolia were investigated, and the relationship between research self-efficacy and research burnout was investigated by using correlation scale. The results show that the research self-efficacy and research burnout of the postgraduates are in the middle level; Research self-efficacy is negatively correlated with research burnout and its dimensions, such as emotional exhaustion, low efficacy and attitude bias. On this basis, the paper discusses the enlightenment of the research results to the personal research development of master students.
