刘昱教授运用活血化瘀法治疗骨关节病经验总结

摘要: 骨关节病主要表现为关节疼痛、肿胀、功能活动异常等，严重时还会导致四肢关节周边肌肉的肌力下降。故在临床实践中，首先要从“治标”入手，采用“活血化瘀”的方法，进而从根本上解决“治标”问题，从而达到“治本”的目的。所以，刘昱老师常采用活血化瘀类药物进行封包外用对疾病进行治疗，取得了较好的疗效。

Abstract: Osteoarthropathy is mainly manifested as joint pain, swelling, abnormal functional activities, etc. In severe cases, it can also lead to a decline in muscle strength around the limbs joint. Therefore, in clinical practice, we must first start with “treating the symptoms”, adopt the method of “promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis”, and then fundamentally solve the problem of “treating the symptoms”, so as to achieve the purpose of “curing the root cause”. Therefore, Teacher Liu Yu often uses drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis for external use to treat the disease, and has achieved a good effect.
