基于CiteSpace的国内外公共部门人力资源管理研究可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Public Sector Human Resource Management Research Based on CiteSpace
摘要: 我国进入高质量发展阶段以来,公共部门需要进一步提质增效,如何对公共部门人力资源进行管理便尤为重要。本文运用CiteSpace对国内外公共部门人力资源管理研究进行可视化计量分析,分别对国内外近些年的文献数量、关键词对比与聚类和研究趋势进行分析,并在此基础上进行总结,阐明局限性和预测未来研究的趋势。
Abstract: Since China has entered a stage of high-quality development, the public sector needs to further improve its efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, it is particularly important to manage human resources in the public sector. This paper uses CiteSpace to conduct a visualized bibliometric analysis of research on human resource management in the public sector at home and abroad. It analyzes the number of domestic and foreign documents published in recent years, the compari-son and clustering of keywords, and the research trends. On this basis, it summarizes the limita-tions and predicts the future research trends.
