社会支持理论视角下女性刑释人员社会回归困境与对策研究

Research on Dilemma and Countermeasures of Social Return of Female Prisoners Released from Prison from the Perspective of Social Support Theory

摘要: 近年来，我国女性犯罪人数不断攀升，使女性刑释人员成为具有一定规模的特殊群体。然而女性刑释人员出狱后，由于其自身能力的局限、社会的标签效应，市场日趋激烈的竞争以及婚姻家庭的压力，使她们面临着诸多现实难题。本文以女性刑释人员作为主要研究对象，从社会支持理论的专业视角出发，探讨女性刑释人员的生活现状，围绕社会交往、社会就业、社会保障三方面分析这类人群社会回归困境的成因，从国家、社会、个人层面上提出切实的应对策略，助力女性刑释人员更好回归社会。

Abstract: In recent years, the number of female criminals in our country has been increasing, which makes the female prisoners released from prison become a special group with a certain scale. However, after female prisoners are released from prison, they are faced with many practical problems due to the limitation of their own ability, the label effect of the society, the increasingly fierce competition in the market and the pressure of marriage and family. This paper takes female prisoners released from prison as the main research object, discusses the living situation of female prisoners released from the professional perspective of social support theory, analyzes the causes of the social return dilemma of this group from the three aspects of social interaction, social employment and social security, and proposes practical coping strategies from the national, social and individual levels to help female prisoners return to society better.
