学科交叉背景下经管类专业师资队伍建设研究

Research on Faculty Construction for Economics and Management in the Context of Discipline Intersection

摘要: 随着信息科学进步与数据技术革新，学科间的交叉和融合成为21世纪科学发展的主要趋势，对于高等财经教育而言既是挑战，更是难得的发展机遇。在此背景下，本研究着眼于经管类学科发展以及师资队伍的现状，总结学科交叉背景下加强经管类师资队伍建设的必要性，并从学校层面、院系层面以及个人层面提出经管类专业师资队伍建设路径。研究结论对于经管类专业师资队伍建设具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: With the progress of information science and the innovation of data technology, the intersection and integration of disciplines have become the trend of scientific development in the 21st century, which is both a challenge and a rare opportunity for higher financial education. In this context, this study focuses on the development of economics and management disciplines and the current situa-tion of the faculty, summarises the necessity of strengthening the construction of economics and management faculty in the context of disciplinary crossover, and puts forward the path of construc-tion of economics and management faculty from the level of the school, faculty, and individual level. The conclusions of this study have some reference value for the construction of faculty in economics and management majors.
