基于KANO模型的用户碎片信息整合需求分析及功能设计——以小红书为例
Demand Analysis of User Fragmentation Information Integration Based on KANO Model and Functional Design—Taking Little Red Book as an Example
摘要: 目的:数字技术的更新改变了大众的生活,大众的信息获取途径也发生了改变,如今社交媒体APP已然成为信息获取的热门工具,但过于碎片化的信息交互方式也同时衍生出一系列问题,从而产生新的用户需求。其中小红书APP作为中国主流社交媒体APP,针对用户对碎片信息整合更加丰富的需求进行调研,使用Kano模型将用户需求属性进行分类,根据用户满意度系数选择收藏夹的交互功能优化。方法:通过桌面调研和用户访谈分析用户使用现状获得用户需求,根据Kano模型分类对照表归类需求属性,再使用Better-Worse系数分析确定用户满意度敏感程度。结论:运用Kano模型分析社交媒体信息整合的不同需求优先级,选择提升用户满意度较高的需求进行交互设计实践,以提升用户使用体验。为优化社交媒体APP交互设计提供方向,消除或减弱由信息过载现象引起的使用效率低,用户情绪焦虑的现象。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate users’ demand for fragmented information integration in the social e-commerce APP Xiaohongshu, categorize user demand attributes using Kano model, and propose optimized interactions for favorites based on user satisfaction coefficients. Methodology: We analyzed users’ needs through desktop research and user interviews, categorized the needs attributes according to the Kano model, and then used the Better-Worse coefficient to determine the sensitivity of user satisfaction. Conclusion: Using the Kano model to analyze the different demand priorities of favorite functions, we select the demands with higher user satisfaction for interaction design practice to improve user experience. It provides direction for optimizing the interaction design of social e-commerce APP, and eliminates or attenuates the phenomenon of low usage efficiency and user emotional anxiety caused by the phenomenon of information overload.
