摘要: 为了测试新开发的试验样车上油气悬缸的刚度和阻尼,提出了一种获取重型矿用自卸车油气悬缸参数的实车试验方法。这种方法在车辆油气悬缸上加装2个压力传感器和1个位移传感器,在实车运行时采集动态数据,根据油气悬缸刚度和阻尼定义的理论公式,获得油气悬缸的刚度特性曲线和阻尼特性曲线。试验中发现刚度特性曲线可以在装料过程中的试验数据中分析得出;而阻尼特性曲线在路面颠簸的条件下获得的试验数据中才能分析出结果。这种方法获取油气悬缸参数既不需要拆卸油气悬缸,也不需要专门的油气悬缸测试装置。
Abstract: To measure the stiffness and damping parameters of hydro-pneumatic suspension of a new developed heavy mining dumper, an experiment method is proposed. Two pressure transmitters and one displacement transmitter are installed on the hydro-pneumatic suspension of the truck. Dynamitic data are obtained on the truck working process. Based on the theory formulation of definitions of stiffness and damping, the stiffness and damping curves are calculated from the dynamic data measured. The stiffness curves can be calculated from data measured in the dumping process of the truck, and the damping curves can only be calculated from data measured on the time of the truck crossing the bubby road surface. Using this method to obtain properties of hydro-pneumatic suspension, it is not needed to uninstall the suspension from the truck and adopt special suspension experiment equipment.
