老年健康产业发展中的有为政府与有效市场

A Successful Government and an Effective Market in the Development of Elderly Health Industry

摘要: 我国人口老龄化问题日益凸显，老年健康产业的发展有助于解决我国老龄化问题并促进国家经济发展。但是我国老年健康产业尚处于快速发展阶段，面临许多问题与挑战：国家对老年健康产业定位不清；各级政府职责定位模糊；市场供需错位，供给与需求不平衡。本文从公平与效率视角下分析老年健康产业发展过程中政府与市场应该如何发挥作用：各级政府厘清定位，积极发挥导向和兜底作用；培育壮大市场主体，同时增强企业社会责任感；用发展的眼光看待老年健康产业中的公平与效率关系。

Abstract: The aging problem is more and more prominent in our country, and the development of the elderly healthy industry can help solve the aging problem in our country and promote our national economy. However, the elderly health industry in our country is still at a stage of rapid development and faces many problems and challenges: for instance, the state is not clear about the positioning of the elderly health industry; governments at all levels blame ambiguity; market supply and demand are misaligned; supply and demand are out of balance. From the perspective of fairness and efficiency, this paper analyzes how the government and the market should play a role in the development of the elderly health industry; governments at all levels should clarify their positions and actively play a guiding and supporting role; it is necessary to cultivate and strengthen market players while enhancing corporate social responsibility; at the same time, the relationship between fairness and efficiency in the elderly health industry is treated from the perspective of development.
