摘要: 随着我国老龄化的不断加深，老龄化问题不断突现出来，养老服务设施成为了健康老龄化的重要组成部分。文章使用中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS)数据，考察了养老服务设施对老年人健康状况的影响。通过研究得出以下结论：第一，养老服务设施基础设施的拥有率还不足以满足老年人的需求。第二，养老设施的提升并不会明显改善老年人的生理健康状况，养老服务设施对老年人的心理健康能产生积极显著的影响。第三，不同类型的养老设施对老年人生理健康和心理健康状况具有显著的异质性，不同的养老服务设施对老年人的生理与心理健康产生积极或消极影响。第四，老年人的健康状况不仅受到养老设施的影响，也受到个体差异的影响，不同群体的老人使用养老设施对健康的影响大小也不相同。

Abstract: With the deepening of aging in our country, the aging problem comes out suddenly, and the elderly service facilities become an important part of healthy aging. Using the data of the Chinese Society of Aging Tracking Survey (CLASS), this paper examines the influence of elderly care facilities on the health status of the elderly. The following conclusions are drawn from the research: First, the ownership rate of the infrastructure of the elderly service facilities is not enough to meet the needs of the elderly. Second, the improvement of elderly care facilities will not significantly improve the physical health of the elderly, and elderly care service facilities can have a positive and significant impact on the mental health of the elderly. Third, different types of elderly care facilities have significant heterogeneity on the physical and mental health of the elderly, and different elderly care facilities have positive or negative impacts on the physical and mental health of the elderly. Fourth, the health status of the elderly is not only affected by pension facilities, but also affected by individual differences, and the health impact of different groups of elderly people when using pension facilities is also different.
