中学生人际关系对生命意义感的影响:孤独感的中介作用
The Effect of Interpersonal Relationships on Secondary School Students’ Sense of Meaning in Life: The Mediating Role of Loneliness
摘要: 目的:为探讨人际关系对高中生生命意义感的影响及其内在机制。方法:本研究使用人际关系综合诊断量表、生命意义感量表和孤独感量表对332名高中生进行了测量。结果:(1) 人际关系、孤独感与生命意义感呈负相关;(2) 人际关系和孤独感呈正相关;(3) 孤独感在人际关系和生命意义感之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的77%。结论:这项研究丰富了中学生的生命意义感,并表明减少孤独感和改善人际关系可以提高中学生的生命意义感。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of interpersonal relationships on high school students’ sense of meaning in life and their internal mechanisms. Methods: This study measured 332 high school students using the Comprehensive Interpersonal Relationship Diagnostic Scale, the Sense of Meaning in Life Scale, and the Loneliness Scale. Results: (1) Interpersonal relationships, loneliness, and sense of meaning in life were negatively correlated; (2) Interpersonal relationships and loneliness were positively correlated; (3) Loneliness partially mediated between interpersonal relationships and sense of meaning in life, and the mediating effect accounted for 77% of the total effect. Conclusion: This study enriches secondary school students’ sense of meaning in life and suggests that reducing loneliness and improving interpersonal relationships can increase secondary school students’ sense of meaning in life.
