绘画团体心理咨询在中学的适用性与有效因素

摘要: 在中学心理健康教育中经常应用到绘画团体心理咨询，指它以团体的形式让有着同样心理困扰的学生通过绘画的创作过程，利用非语言工具将潜意识内压抑的感情与冲突呈现出来，并且在绘画的过程中获得疏解与满足，而达到绘画团体心理咨询的效果。本文将介绍绘画团体心理咨询中主要使用的绘画艺术疗法，探讨在中学心理健康教育中绘画团体心理咨询的适用性和有效因素。
Abstract: Art therapy within group counseling is frequently utilized in secondary school mental health education. It involves students with similar psychological issues engaging in the creative process of drawing, using non-verbal tools to externalize repressed emotions and conflicts from their subconscious. Through this artistic expression, they achieve catharsis and satisfaction during the process, thereby attaining the therapeutic benefits of art therapy in a group setting. This paper will introduce the main application of art therapy in group counseling and discuss its applicability and effective factors within the context of mental health education in secondary schools.
