“体医”融合与老年健康服务:综述与展望

摘要: 老年人健康问题一直以来是政府和社会的重点关注对象,《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》提出了要加强“体医”融合,建立医疗与运动干预融合体系,以应对因缺乏体育运动而导致的健康和疾病风险。基于此,本文对“体医”融合与老年健康服务领域进行综述,并展望了未来的发展趋势和挑战。文章运用了文献资料法、归纳整理法对“体医”融合的概念和基本原则进行了阐述,探讨了体医融合在老年健康管理中的重要性和潜在优势,分析了老年人口增长趋势及其健康需求,指出了老年健康管理领域存在的局限性和挑战。
Abstract: The health of the elderly has been the focus of the government and society, “Health China 2030” planning outline proposed to strengthen the “Physical medicine” integration, to establish an integrated system of medical and sports interventions to address health and disease risks resulting from lack of physical activity. Based on this, this article reviews the integration of “Physical medicine” and elderly health services, and looks forward to the future development trends and challenges. This paper expounds the concept and basic principles of the integration of physical medicine by using the method of literature and summary, discusses the importance and potential advantages of the integration of physical medicine in the health management of the aged, analyzes the increasing trend of the elderly population and their health needs, and points out the limitations and challenges in the field of elderly health management.
