云南省制造业企业实现数字化采购策略研究

摘要: 随着全球数字化进程不断加快，推动制造业数字化转型，已成为抢抓新一轮科技革命机遇、推动新一轮产业变革的关键环节，对于建设现代化制造业产业体系、巩固壮大经济根基、构建新发展格局等国家方面的发展具有极为重要的战略意义。近年来，云南省政府积极响应国家号召，加快推动工业经济向数字经济转型升级。本文将从制造业企业降本增效和提高管理水平的角度出发，深入研究云南省制造业企业实现数字化采购策略的重要性及其意义。通过对云南省制造业现状的梳理，分析了数字化采购的潜在价值。最后，提出了云南省制造业实施数字化采购策略所面临的障碍及应对措施，为云南省制造业企业实现数字化采购提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract: With the acceleration of the global digitization process, promoting the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry has become a key link to seize the opportunity of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and promote a new round of industrial reform. It has extremely important strategic significance for the development of the country such as building a modern manufacturing industry system, consolidating and strengthening the economic foundation, and building a new development pattern. In recent years, the Yunnan provincial government has actively responded to the national call to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy to the digital economy. From the perspective of cost reduction and efficiency improvement of manufacturing enterprises and management level improvement, this paper will deeply study the importance and significance of realizing digital procurement strategy of manufacturing enterprises in Yunnan Province. By combing the current situation of manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province, the potential value of digital procurement is analyzed. Finally, the paper puts forward the obstacles and countermeasures of the implementation of digital procurement strategy in the manufacturing industry of Yunnan Province, which provides a useful reference for the implementation of digital procurement in the manufacturing industry of Yunnan province.
