摘要: 随着我国经济不断发展，企业所面临的市场环境愈加复杂。近些年来，企业发展不再单一考察利润的多少，而更多地关注企业现金流的保持。尤其是在市场环境压力较大的情况下，很多企业由于无法维持资金的正常流转，最终资金链断裂，宣告破产。因此，企业必须注重营运资金管理，提高自身经济效益，才能降低财务风险。本文以每日优鲜公司为案例，基于渠道视角下，对其营运资金管理效果进行评价，从而挖掘出其目前营运资金管理存在的问题，探索出适合其发展的营运资金管理道路，最终为生鲜电商行业的营运资金管理提供参考。

Abstract: With the continuous development of China’s economy, the market environment faced by enterprises is more complex. In recent years, the development of enterprises is no longer a single study of the number of profits, but more attention to the maintenance of cash flow. Especially in the case of greater pressure in the market environment, many enterprises cannot maintain the normal flow of funds, and eventually the capital chain is broken and declared bankrupt. Therefore, enterprises must pay attention to working capital management, improve their own economic benefits, in order to reduce financial risks. This paper takes Daily Youxian Company as a case, evaluates its working capital management effect from the perspective of channels, thus digging out the existing problems in its current working capital management, exploring the working capital management path suitable for its development, and finally providing reference for the working capital management of fresh e-commerce industry.
