“大数据杀熟”背景下消费者保护权益研究
Research on Consumer Protection Rights and Interests in the Context of “Big Data Killing”
摘要: 随着互联网技术和大数据技术的发展,电商平台成为社会大众购买产品或者服务的首要选择。大数据技术的兴起对商业格局带来了重大变革,近年来,各大互联网消费领域总是出现“大数据杀熟”的问题,这不仅对消费者的合法权益产生侵害,同时也对整个市场交易的秩序造成一定的破坏。“大数据杀熟”这一现象的产生使得对消费者权益保护进一步加强关注。本文从保护消费者合法权益的角度分析“大数据杀熟”所产生的法律问题并提出相应的对策建议。
Abstract:
With the development of Internet technology and big data technology, e-commerce platforms have become the primary choice for the public to purchase products or services. The rise of big data technology has brought major changes to the business landscape, and in recent years, there has always been a problem of “big data killing” in the major Internet consumption fields, which not only infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, but also causes certain damage to the order of the entire market transaction. The emergence of the phenomenon of “big data killing” has further strengthened the attention to the protection of consumer rights and interests. From the perspective of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, this paper analyzes the legal problems arising from “big data killing” and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
