一种差分电荷振动信号调理电路设计与验证
Design and Verification of a Differential Charge Vibration Signal Conditioning Circuit
摘要: 航空发动机工作过程中存在较大振动,对这些振动信号的准确采集是实现航空发动机状态监视、故障诊断及故障预测的基础。差动式压电式加速度传感器能将振动信号转换成微弱的电荷信号,该信号需要准确可靠的采集。本文提出了一种差分电荷振动信号调理电路的设计方案,并进行了仿真及测试验证,结果表明该电路测量精度可达2%,可实现航空发动机振动信号的准确采集。
Abstract:
There are large vibrations in the process of aero-engine operation. The accurate acquisition of these vibration signals is the basis of condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and fault prediction of aero-engine. The differential piezoelectric acceleration sensor can convert the vibration signal into a weak charge signal, which needs accurate and reliable acquisition. In this paper, a design scheme of differential charge vibration signal conditioning circuit is proposed, and the simulation and test results show that the measurement accuracy of the circuit can reach 2%, which can realize the accurate acquisition of aeroengine vibration signal.
