优化职业教育东西协作路径研究

Research on the Path of Optimizing the East-West Cooperation of Vocational Education

摘要: 职业教育东西协作是促进东西部区域均衡发展的重要行动。当前职业教育东西协作实施行动开展过程中存在内驱力培育不足、缺乏长效协作机制、专业适应性较差等问题，基于此，本文提出了职业教育东西协作由依托外界力量转向内驱力发展、由阶段政策推动转向长效机制保障、因地制宜设置专业等三条路径，旨在优化职业教育东西协作，缩小区域发展差距，实现共同富裕。

Abstract: The cooperation of vocational education between the East and the West is an important action to promote the balanced development of the East and the West. There are some problems in the process of implementing the cooperation between the East and the West in vocational education, such as insufficient cultivation of internal driving force, lack of long-term cooperation mechanism and poor professional adaptability. Based on this, this paper puts forward three paths for the cooperation between the East and the West in vocational education: from relying on external forces to internal driving force development, from stage policy promotion to long-term mechanism guarantee, and setting up specialties according to local conditions. It aims to optimize the East-West cooperation of vocational education, narrow the regional development gap and achieve common prosperity.
