溃疡性结肠炎伴肠外表现1例
A Case of Ulcerative Colitis Combined with Extraintestinal Manifestations

摘要: 炎症性肠病是以腹痛、腹泻、粘液脓血便为主要症状，包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病，还可出现肠外表现。当腹部症状与关节痛、皮疹同时发生，易被误诊为风湿免疫性疾病。现报道1例以腹痛、关节痛及皮疹为首发症状的IBD患者的诊治经过，以提高医务人员对该病的关注。
Abstract: Inflammatory bowel disease is characterized by abdominal pain, diarrhea, mucus, pus, and bloody stools. It includes Ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, and also has extraintestinal manifestations. When a patient have abdominal pain, arthralgia and rash symptoms, it is easy to be misdiagnoses as the Rheumatic immune diseases. This report is to raise the attention of clinicians to IBD.
