中职学校混合教学模式的研究

摘要: 随着教育信息化的迅猛发展,单纯的线上或者线下教学已经无法适应职业教育发展的客观需求。混合式教学作为一种新型的教学模式,近年来在我国中职教育领域得到了广泛的应用和关注。本文将从混合式教学的定义和特点出发分析它对中职教育的价值体现,分析我国中职学校混合式教学中面临的挑战,并提出相对应的策略。只有构建线上线下混合式教学模式,才能更好地适应新质生产力的发展,培养更高素质的复合型人才。
Abstract: With the rapid development of education informatization, simple online or offline teaching can no longer meet the objective needs of vocational education development. As a new teaching mode, blended teaching has been widely used and concerned in the field of secondary vocational education in China in recent years. Based on the definition and characteristics of blended teaching, this paper will analyze its value to secondary vocational education, analyze the challenges faced by China’s secondary vocational schools, and put forward corresponding strategies. Only by constructing the online and offline mixed teaching mode can we better adapt to the development of new quality productivity and cultivate compound talents with higher quality.
