摘要: 随着数字化技术的不断创新和广泛应用，电子商务呈现出多元化、社交化、智能化等新的特征和趋势，同时催生了跨境电商、社媒电商、直播电商等新领域和新业态。科学且高效的电子商务企业员工培训体系对于提升员工素质、推动企业发展日显重要。然而，现阶段电商企业中员工培训体系尚存在培训需求分析薄弱、培训活动连续性差、培训形式相对单一、评估体系不够健全等问题，需要从培训需求、内容设计、评估体系，及运行保障来健全电子商务企业员工培训体系。

Abstract: With the continuous innovation and wide application of digital technology, e-commerce has shown new characteristics and trends such as diversification, socialization, and intelligence, and has given birth to new fields and new formats such as cross-border e-commerce, social media e-commerce, and live broadcast e-commerce. A scientific and efficient employee training system for e-commerce enterprises is increasingly important to improve the quality of employees and promote the development of enterprises. However, at this stage, there are still some problems in the employee training system of e-commerce enterprises, such as weak analysis of training needs, poor continuity of training activities, relatively single training form, and unsound evaluation system. It is necessary to improve the employee training system of e-commerce enterprises from the aspects of training needs, content design, evaluation system, and operational guarantee.
