电子商务企业中变革型领导对员工工作投入的影响研究——自我效能感的调节作用
Research on the Impact of Transformational Leadership on Employee Work Engagement in E-Commerce Enterprises—The Moderating Role of Self-Efficacy
摘要: 为进一步提高电子商务企业员工工作投入度,聚焦于变革型领导风格在企业员工中的作用,通过提高员工的自我效能感,从而改善企业员工工作投入度。主要通过问卷调查法对L公司员工及管理者进行调查分析。研究结论证明L公司变革型领导风格与员工工作投入之间具有正相关关系。而员工自我效能感的在这一作用中起到调节作用。研究结果对电子商务企业调整领导风格,改善员工工作投入度有重要启示。
Abstract: To further enhance the level of employee engagement in e-commerce companies, this study focuses on the role of transformational leadership among enterprise employees. By enhancing employees’ self-efficacy, it aims to improve their work engagement. The study primarily employs a questionnaire survey method to analyze the staff and managers of Company L. The research findings confirm that there is a positive correlation between the transformational leadership style of Company L and employee work engagement. Moreover, employee self-efficacy plays a moderating role in this relationship. The results of this study provide significant insights for e-commerce enterprises to adjust their leadership styles and improve employee work engagement.
