摘要: 近年来,乳腺癌的患病率逐年升高,成为世界第二大恶性肿瘤,患病率仅次于肺癌。严重影响人们的生活质量,为社会、家庭和个人均产生巨大的经济及疾病负担。D-二聚体作为血凝指标之一在癌症的整个病程中有显著意义,不仅可以判断患者的病情和预后而且可以指导抗凝药物的使用。
Abstract: In recent years, the prevalence of breast cancer has increased year by year, becoming the second largest malignant tumor in the world, second only to lung cancer. It seriously affects people’s quality of life, and produces a huge economic and disease burden for society, families and individuals. D-dimer, as one of the hemagglutination indexes, has significant significance in the whole course of cancer, which can not only judge the disease and prognosis of patients, but also guide the use of anticoagulant drugs.
