基于CiteSpace的老年人心理健康研究综述

A Review of Elderly Mental Health Research Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 我国是世界上老年人口最多的国家，随着人口老龄化趋势不断加剧，老年人心理健康问题日益凸显。老年群体面临着身体机能下降、社会角色转变、家庭结构变化等多重压力，老年人心理健康问题受到各界关注。文章利用CiteSpace软件分析老年人心理健康领域的论文发文量、研究作者和关键词，明晰老年人心理健康研究现状、研究热点及未来趋势，针对老年人心理健康问题提出建议，以期为我国针对人口老龄化制定政策提供一定参考，为老年人提供更好的心理支持和干预措施。

Abstract: China is the country with the largest elderly population in the world, and as the trend of an aging population continues to intensify, the issue of mental health among the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent. The elderly face multiple pressures, including a decline in physical function, changes in social roles, and changes in family structure, making mental health issues among this group a concern for all sectors of society. This article utilizes the CiteSpace software to analyze the volume of research papers, research authors, and keywords in the field of elderly mental health, clarifying the current state of research, hot topics, and future trends in elderly mental health. It proposes suggestions for addressing mental health issues among the elderly, with the aim of providing references for China to formulate policies in response to an aging population and to offer better psychological support and intervention measures for the elderly.
