乡村振兴背景下农村老年教育的困境及策略

Dilemmas and Strategies of Rural Geriatric Education in the Context of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 加快推进农村老年教育，对助力乡村振兴、应对人口老龄化具有重要意义。当前，随着乡村中青壮年人口外出务工，老年人成了农村人口重要组成部分，因此发展农村老年教育、对于助力乡村振兴战略的实施、推动乡村传统文化的传承意义重大。从发展农村老年教育的必要性出发，文章分析了农村老年教育面临的困境，最后从积极建立农村老年教育的体制机制、打造农村老年教育的专业师资队伍、拓展农村老年教育教学内容、统筹区域资源加强老年教育设施建设等方面提出了应对策略。

Abstract: Accelerating the promotion of rural geriatric education is of great significance in helping to revitalize the countryside and cope with the aging of the population. At present, as young and middle-aged people go out to work in the countryside, the elderly have become an important part of the rural population, so the development of rural geriatric education is of great significance in helping the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and in promoting the inheritance of traditional culture in the countryside. Starting from the necessity of developing rural geriatric education, we analyze the difficulties faced by rural geriatric education, and finally put forward coping strategies in terms of actively establishing the institutional mechanism of rural geriatric education, creating a professional faculty for rural geriatric education, expanding the contents of rural geriatric education, and coordinating regional resources to strengthen the construction of geriatric education facilities.
