The Path of Social Support Network Promoting the High Quality Development of Rural Pension under the New Situation

摘要: 随着我国经济社会的发展，农村老年人的生活水平不断提高，其养老需求也在发生变化。农村社会养老服务作为满足老年人需求、实现生活幸福的重要内容，是实现“老有所养、老有所医、老有所乐”的重要保障。然而，当前农村地区的养老服务资源有限，供给能力不足，难以完全满足老年人的需求。文章旨在探讨社会支持网络在推动农村养老高质量发展中的作用，通过分析社会支持视角下农村养老存在的问题，提出了相应的发展路径。研究结果表明，构建完善的社会支持网络可以实现资源共享、优势互补和协同发展，显著提升农村养老服务的质量和水平。结论认为，进一步发挥社会支持网络的作用，对于推动农村养老服务的高质量发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: With the development of China’s economy and society, the living standards of the elderly in rural areas are constantly improving, and their pension needs are also changing. As an important part of meeting the needs of the elderly and realizing the happiness of life, the rural elderly care service is an important guarantee for the realization of “the elderly have medical care, medical care and happiness”. However, the current pension service resources in rural areas are limited, the supply capacity is insufficient, and it is difficult to fully meet the needs of the elderly. This paper aims to explore the role of social support network in promoting the high-quality development of rural elderly care, analyze the problems existing in rural elderly care from the perspective of social support, and put forward the corresponding development path. The research results show that the construction of a sound social support network can realize resource sharing, complementary advantages and coordinated development, and significantly improve the quality and level of rural elderly care services. It is concluded that further playing the role of social support network is of great significance to promoting the high-quality development of rural elderly care services.
