积极老龄化背景下促进老年人再就业的对策研究

摘要: 在当前积极老龄化成为社会共识、我国实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的时代背景下，老年人再就业在我国承载着深远的社会意义，并且拥有诸多极为有利的现实条件，推动老年人再就业势在必行。然而，我国老年人再就业面临着种种困境，老年工作群体社会认同感低，他们获取信息渠道单一，就业市场不对称，并且老年人力资源开发的法规政策不完善，再就业权益难以保障。为此，需要引导社会正确看待老年人再就业，完善老人再就业保障体系，构建老年就业信息共享机制，才能缓解老龄社会压力，进一步促进社会经济的良好发展。

Abstract: In the current era, where active ageing has become a societal consensus and our country implements the national strategy of actively responding to an aging population, the re-employment of the elderly carries profound social significance in China. Furthermore, there are many highly favorable conditions for this initiative, making it imperative to promote the re-employment of the elderly. However, the re-employment of the elderly in our country faces various challenges. The social recognition of the elderly workforce is low, their access to information is limited to single channels, the job market is asymmetric, and the laws and policies for the development of elderly human resources are incomplete, making it difficult to protect their rights and interests in re-employment. Therefore, it is necessary to guide society to correctly view the re-employment of the elderly, improve the re-employment security system for the elderly, and build a mechanism for sharing employment information among the elderly. Only then can we alleviate the pressure of an aging society and further promote the healthy development of the social economy.
