积极老龄化视域下社区老年教育发展困境研究
Research on the Development Dilemmas of Community Elderly Education from the Perspective of Positive Aging

摘要: “积极老龄化”注重提高老年生活质量,使得老年人尽可能获得健康、参与、保障的机会。我国人口老龄态势明显,响应积极老龄化号召,大力发展社区老年教育。然而,当前社区老年教育面临社会认知两极分化、社区教育资源匮乏、师资队伍尚未健全、多元主体协同不足的困境,亟需加以转化。因此,针对社区老年教育存在的多重困境,依据社区老年教育的相关理论,文章提出积极老龄化视域下推动社区老年教育发展的实践路径:转变消极观念,提升参与认同;整合多种资源,满足多元需求;优化人才供给,健全师资队伍;多元协同联动,发挥整体功效。
Abstract: “Active aging” focuses on improving the quality of life for the elderly, enabling them to have as many opportunities as possible for health, participation, and security. The trend of the aging population in our country is obvious. In response to the call for active aging, we will vigorously develop community elderly education. However, the current community elderly education faces the dilemma of social cognitive polarization, lack of community education resources, incomplete teaching staff, and insufficient coordination among multiple subjects, which urgently needs to be transformed. Therefore, in response to the multiple difficulties in community elderly education, based on the relevant theories of community elderly education, this paper suggests practical approaches to advancing community education for the elderly from the perspective of positive aging: shifting negative attitudes and enhancing participation and identification; integrating various resources to fulfill diverse needs; optimizing talent supply and strengthening the teaching workforce; and enabling multi-dimensional collaboration to achieve overall effectiveness.
