摘要: 在互联网不断发展的背景下，网络思政教育已经成为思政教育的重要组成部分。网络思政教育的提出也给辅导员的思政工作提出了新的要求和方向。本文探讨了高校辅导员网络思政教育工作的意义、困境以及工作路径，希望可以为网络思政教育工作的开展积累经验，更好地提高学生的思政素养。

Abstract: With the continuous development of the Internet, online ideological and political education has become an important part of ideological and political education. The proposal of online ideological and political education has also put forward new requirements and directions for the ideological and political work of counselors. This article explores the significance, challenges, and work paths of online ideological and political education for college counselors, hoping to accumulate experience for the development of online ideological and political education and better improve students’ ideological and political literacy.
