养老服务数字化转型中电子商务的应用及发展路径

The Application and Development Path of E-Commerce in the Digital Transformation of Pension Services

摘要: 当前我国人口老龄化程度日益加深，养老服务市场面临着巨大的发展机遇和挑战。利用数字化技术加快推进养老服务产业数字化转型是养老服务升级的重要战略选择。电子商务作为数字化经济的重要业态，在推动养老服务数字化转型中发挥着重要作用。目前电子商务在养老服务数字化转型中的应用面临着服务内容与养老需求存在差异、服务覆盖面较小、服务质量参差不齐、信息安全存在隐患等挑战。本文从深化技术研发、创新服务模式、强化品牌建设、加强政府监管和政策支持等方面为未来电子商务更好地推动养老服务数字化转型提出对策建议。

Abstract: At present, China’s aging population is deepening, and the pension service market is facing great development opportunities and challenges. Using digital technology to accelerate the digital transformation of the pension service industry is an important strategic choice for the upgrading of pension services. As an important form of digital economy, e-commerce plays an important role in promoting the digital transformation of pension services. At present, the application of e-commerce in the digital transformation of pension services is facing challenges such as differences in service content and pension needs, small service coverage, uneven service quality, and hidden dangers of information security. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the future e-commerce to better promote the digital transformation of pension services from the aspects of deepening technology research and development, innovating service mode, strengthening brand building, strengthening government supervision and policy support.
