中小企业员工培训问题及策略研究

摘要: 中小企业在促进科学技术进步和经济发展等方面承担着重要作用。但中小企业由于组织特性的限制,导致其员工培训存在一定的问题。本文针对中小企业员工培训工作中存在的问题进行研究,发现存在培训计划与员工需求脱节等问题,以此提出制定培训计划等对策建议,完善企业培训体系,提升员工素质,促进企业平稳发展。
Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in promoting scientific and technological progress and economic development. However, due to the limitation of organizational characteristics, there are some problems in the staff training of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper studies the problems existing in the training of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises, and finds that the training plan is out of line with the needs of employees, so as to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, improve the training system of enterprises, enhance the quality of employees and promote the stable development of enterprises.
