多元主体联合创新团队适应性问题研究——以扎根海尔为例

摘要: 当前,为适应复杂多变的创新环境,应对挑战和优化人才资源的配置,单一主体不能满足错综复杂的经济形势,融通创新是未来发展之势。同时,针对多元团队间的信息不对称等现象,对适应性的研究将成为科创团队研究的重点。因此,从适应性角度研究融通创新团队遇到的问题。采用扎根理论,以海尔公司的创新团队建设为典型案例,结合文献和一手访谈资料进行质性研究,研究表明:在融通创新发展过程中,多元主体联合创新团队遭遇了大量在适应性方面的困境,表现为:产学研协同创新成果转化不顺畅;创新主体间缺失有效配合;协同创新定位不清晰以及模式不稳定;团队间存在着认知定位模糊、利益共享机制缺失、内部协同难度大等问题。最后提出了解决适应性问题的措施,旨在促进我国多元主体联合创新团队的发展。有助于进一步融通创新,推动创新生态系统的建设。
Abstract: At present, in order to adapt to the complex and changeable innovation environment, meet challenges and optimize the allocation of human resources, a single subject cannot meet the complicated economic situation, and innovation is the future development trend. At the same time, aiming at the phenomenon of information asymmetry among diverse teams, the research on adaptability will become the focus of science and technology team research. In this paper, the problems encountered by the innovation team are studied from the perspective of adaptability. Based on the grounded theory, taking the innovation team construction of Haier Company as a typical case, and combining literature and first-hand interview data, this paper makes a qualitative study. The research shows that in the process of integrating innovation and development, the multi-agent joint innovation team has encountered a lot of difficulties in adaptability, which are as follows: The transformation of collaborative innovation achievements in Industry-University-Research is not smooth; lack of effective cooperation among innovation subjects; the orientation of collaborative innovation is unclear and the model is unstable; there are some problems among teams, such as vague cognitive orientation, lack of benefit sharing mechanism, and great difficulty in internal cooperation. Finally, the measures to solve the adaptability problem are put forward, aiming at promoting the development of multi-subject joint innovation team in China. It is helpful to further integrate innovation and promote the construction of innovation ecosystem.
