Effect and Value of High Quality Nursing on Outpatient Dental Implant Patients

摘要: 目的：探讨优质护理对门诊种植牙患者的护理效果。方法：调查共选取78例患者作为研究对象，纳入时间为2022年9月~2023年9月，根据抽签法将患者均分为观察和对照两组，对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用优质护理，观察护理效果。结果：观察组术后24 h及48 h VAS评分均低于对照组，p < 0.05；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，p < 0.05；观察组护理满意度高于对照组，p < 0.05。结论：在门诊种植牙患者的护理中，应用优质护理模式对减轻患者疼痛、降低并发症发生率以及提高护理满意度方面均具有积极意义，值得推广使用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the nursing effect of high quality nursing on outpatient dental implant patients. Methods: A total of 78 patients were selected as research objects and included from September 2022 to September 2023. The patients were divided into observation and control groups according to the lottery method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing, and the nursing effect was observed. Results: 24 h and 48 h VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, p < 0.05; The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, p < 0.05; The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing of patients with dental implants, the application of high-quality nursing model has positive significance in alleviating patients’ pain, reducing the incidence of complications and improving nursing satisfaction, and it is worth popularizing.
